When Laddie meets the Wimper Dee, leader of eleven unique wee men, he is introduced one-by-one to each member of this motley crew who dwell in the land of Wimper-Dom. Based on each Wimper Dimp’s good (or bad) behaviour in the past, an appropriate name depicting the former conduct of each little man has been bestowed upon him. Laddie quickly learns that the virtues of kindness, politeness, generosity, helpfulness, honour – in addition to honesty – are the BEST policies.
